1.  Launch your grade book.

2.  Click on the Grade Setup tab.

3.  When the screen loads make sure T1 is selected.  You should be able to see S1 and E1 below it.  (E1 is the semester test.  You don't need to use it for anything in 5th and 6th grades.)

4.  With T1 selected choose Term Weights from the bottom menu.

5.    After you choose Term Weights you will see E1 and S1 in a table below. 

6.  The S1 weight will need to be left at 100 and the E1 weight will need to be changed to 0. 

*After you complete the above steps their final T1 grade will be composed of their S1 grade.  You have to do it to all of your classes.

When you return to your Scoresheet, view it by selecting the Reporting Term T1.  If you don't see grades listed under the Final Grade T1 then you have done something wrong.
